The factory only use rubber harvested in the province to produce final products. The products will provide for the garment industry, fashion, in order to increase the industrial value of natural rubber, reducing the export of raw Crude materials, create more jobs for laborers.
Now the factory is in implement and will end in the first quarter of 2011.
